Participatory Decision Making

 Vision becomes action and sustainable outcomes occur when teams work together to make decisions. For this to happen, a sense of trust must be fostered between the stakeholders and a shared framework of understanding must be developed. Sustainable decisions require participants to actively give and receive feedback, support others as they do the same, and take responsibility for the decisions made.
