Allison Flash is a trained facilitator, mediator, and pre-marital counselor. She holds a degree in sociology from the University of Washington as well as rabbinic ordination and a master’s degree in education from Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion. In addition to spending 22 years working in synagogues as a pulpit rabbi and educator, Allison has worked extensively as a community organizer focused on education equity throughout the state of Washington. Because of her experience as a board member of numerous non-profit organizations, she understands how organizations work, recognizing their incredible strengths and potential challenges.
Allison Flash believes it is her role to help organizations realize their passions and achieve their goals. By truly listening to the individuals involved, Allison helps team members find a way to maximize their skills, strengthen their working relationships, and plan for their future. She has spent her career counseling people, training teachers on teaching and classroom management skills, and supporting people through life transitions. Allison uses her training in education to help groups and individuals plan how best to achieve their goals. “My goal is to help organizations and the people in them be the best they can be.”
Away from work, Allison enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog, reading, gardening and traveling.
